Process
A clear path fromidea to launch.
Six stages, with a review and approval point before each major step. You always know what’s happening, what we need from you, and what comes next.
Before we begin
It starts with a conversation.
Send a project inquiry and we’ll arrange a consultation to understand what you need. If it’s a good fit, you’ll receive a written proposal covering scope, stages and next steps before any work begins.

Discover
We understand your business, audience, and objectives — what makes you different, who you serve, and what the website needs to achieve.
Your part: tell us about your business, your customers and what success looks like. Examples of sites you admire help.
Design
We develop a visual direction that reflects your identity, then design the key pages for desktop and mobile.
Review & approvalYou review the direction and page designs, ask for agreed changes, and approve them before any building starts.
Develop
We transform the approved design into a responsive, functional website, with forms, content and interactions in place.
Your part: open the private preview link on your own phone and computer, and see the real site take shape.
Refine
We review the website, test interactions, and incorporate agreed feedback — checking it on real devices and screen sizes.
Final approvalYour comments are worked through one by one. Nothing goes live until you sign off.
Launch
We finalize the deployment and prepare your website for its audience: hosting, domain, security and final checks.
Your part: confirm access to your domain and agree the go-live date.
Support
We provide optional ongoing website care and updates, so your site keeps pace with your business.
Your part: nothing, unless you want it. The site is yours: manage it yourself, or choose optional Website Care.
Good to know
Reviews, approvals and you.
How involved do I need to be?
Most of your time goes into the discovery conversation and the review points. We’ll tell you exactly when we need your input and what we need.
What if I don’t have content ready?
That’s common. We’ll help you plan what each page needs, and can advise on copy and imagery during the design stage.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. Your proposal will include a realistic timeline for your specific project.
What happens after launch?
The site is yours. You can manage it yourself, or choose optional Website Care for ongoing updates and support.
Ready for step one?
Tell us a little about your business and what you have in mind. We’ll take it from there.
